If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account. If a redeemed coupon was used on the returned item, the coupon will not be refunded.
Q: How do I refer a friend, and what rewards do I get?
To refer a friend, use the referral link provided in your account dashboard, widget or the referral section on the Beloved Rewards page. When your friend makes their first purchase, both you and your friend will receive a $10 reward. And you will also earn 50 points for a successful referral.
Q: Are there any limitations on earning points?
There's no maximum limit on the total points you can earn. However, points for social media actions can only be earned once per platform per action (e.g., following us on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok).
