What can I do if the parcel I received had issues, like missing bow- knot , dress or etc?

In case you have encountered problems such as incomplete items, missing bow knot, damaged or stained dress, etc,  send us promptly the unboxing video of the parcel so we can assist you.  Our email address is service@cocomelody.com.  Please note that the video is a requirement for us not to charge you. “No proof/ video, You will get charged.

All the try-at-home dresses returned to our warehouse are meticulously examined and checked by our quality control department.  Our team of expert personnel easily identifies dresses mishandled by previous customers. Only dresses that met the standards of a "quality returned dress" undergo air drying. This guarantees our customers that the dresses published on our Try-At-Home website are in perfect condition, available for the next customer.
With thorough investigation, we easily catch suspicious customers with claims of "unreceived parcel".
