About Appointment:

Q: How do I schedule an Appointment?

A: To schedule an appointment, visit our LA store page and click any of the “Bridal Gown Appointment”buttons. (It may ask you to sign up on our website first. Please click again the booking button after you sign up, to enter the scheduling process.)

Q: How long is an Appointment?

A: It is 60 minutes now for bridal gown try-on. To make the most of your 60 minutes appointment time, we suggest checking our store inventory first, bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses & off the rack bridal gowns. And make notes of your 5 favorite gowns’SKUs or Names, when make the appointment.

Q: Do I need an appointment for wedding gowns? What about bridesmaid dresses?

A: Yes, you need an appointment to try on wedding gowns. We also encourage you to make an appointment for bridesmaid dresses shopping on weekdays, Mon-Fri, but not at weekend. We recommend calling the store ahead of time if you are shopping for a bridal party of more than three people as we will need to make extra accommodations for your appointment.

Q: What can I expect from an appointment?

A: Once you schedule an in-store appointment, you will be assigned a stylist who will guide you through the gown selection, try-on, and order process. At your appointment, you'll receive one-on-one attention for 60 minutes. Your stylist will be at your service for 1-on-1 sizing advice, helping styling & accessorizing, helping customization advice, and order & checkout process, etc. Your are sure to enjoy the personalized shopping with us. Can’t wait to meet you~!!!

Q: How far in advance should I book my gown appointment?

A: We recommend you to book your appointment and place order at least 6 months prior to your event date. Our gowns are made-to-order, so it usually needs 45-90 days production time, depending on styles, and extra a few days for delivery. So we suggest planning ahead, considering the production lead time, also giving you plenty of time for fitting and alterations, if necessary.

Q: What if I need to cancel/reschedule my appointment, or have any problems with scheduling?

A: Upon your successfully booking, you will receive an appointment confirmation email, and you will also receive a reminderemail before your appointment. You can reschedule or cancel by click the appropriate buttons in both emails. For any appointment questions or problems, you are always welcome to email or call us. We are more than happy to help.

Q: What should I bring with me to my appointment?

A: We suggest that you bring or wear a nude or white bra, or shapewear similar to the one you plan to wear on your wedding day, and shoes at the desired height, so that we may more accurately size your dress. You may also want to bring an elastic hairband if you plan to wear your hair up.

Q: How many guests can I bring to my appointment?

A: Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and limited space, we kindly advise you to keep your guests to a maximum of TWO at weekends and FOUR on weekdays. Also no children, no pets please.

About Sample & Store Inventory:

Q: What kind of samples do you carry in your store?

A: We have wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, and popular bridal accessories, like veils, headpieces, sashes and belts, etc. You are welcome to check our store inventory online, bridal gowns & bridesmaid dresses. Off the rack bridal gowns are also available to try on and take it home right away after your order.

Q: What size are your sample gowns?

A: We typically have samples in sizes 6, 12, and 20, but it varies by styles, covering size range from 2 to 28. So both standard size and plus size are available. During your appointment, your stylist will assist you with your measurements and provide sizing advice.


Q: Do you provide alteration services?

A: Our LA store does offer alterations services for now, with different alteration packages. We recommend you to purchase it accordingly with your dress order.

Q: What's the parking situation like?

A: There is parking right next-door of the Gerry building, and it is Valet. However it is ranging from $15-$20 for the whole day. There’s also street parking.
